A horrible company that deserves a class action lawsuit against them. Many units at the Thind buildings in Brentwood have gone without any heat in the winter and AC in the summers for years. My unit is 3 years old and was purchased brand new and there hasn't been a single day of working AC. Repeated requests to fix just get ignored.
