Love this place! One of the best chocolate drinks I have ever tried. The barista was so friendly and helpful; she even offered us some samples since it was our first time. The seating area upstairs is spacious and well-decorated. I highly recommend this place for any chocolate lover!

Been frequenting this unique Hot Cocoa place since the oast 3 years now. I'm a big dessert/chocolate fanatic as long as it's not too sweet. This cafe resinates perfectly with me. I recommend getting their hot cocoa with no added milk to get full advantage of their concentrated, medicinal and therapeutic, indigenously made-with-love and sustainablly outsourced cocoa. The servers working their are always energetic and seem passionate. They often give away sample chocolate pieces to try out for their new chocolate bars as well.

ChocoSol: chocolate/sun.

My love for this place burns like the ardent Mayan sun. It is, hands down, my favourite hot chocolate in Toronto -- rich, deep, creamy, stimulating, aromatic, plentiful, ethical -- in one word, fabulous. The happy and efficient baristas, the convenient and homey upstairs seating area, the bean-to-bar business model -- these all contribute to the excellence of ChocoSol, but honestly, the quality and taste of the chocolate alone speaks for itself. Keep in mind that although there is a small counter with stools on the main floor, the more spacey upstairs area is not fully accessible (stairs only).

I recommend the hot chocolate with chili, or the mocha with chili, if you're really looking for a drink that packs a punch and wakes you up. According to the signage in the shop, cocoa has several medicinal properties, including increasing blood flow.

Today, I tried the chocolate cookie, which is vegan and gluten-free, and made with black beans. Loved it. The Jaguar chocolate bars are awesome, too. I still don't understand how they get their dairy-free chocolate bars to taste so creamy... a pleasant mystery.

The prices for their hot drinks are on par with or cheaper than Starbucks, and the quality is better as they roast and grind their own high-quality coffee beans, and they produce their own cocoa. I wholeheartedly recommend this place: tens tens tens across the board!

Tried ChocoSol yesterday for the first time at a Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) event at Bellwoods Brewery where they had a pop-up stand, and it's hands down some of the best chocolate/cacao I've ever had. Fresh, unique ingredient combinations, and super friendly staff.

I love chocolates and this is some of the best artisanal chocolate I've had.

Gluten free and dairy free and free of most common allergens. Crafted from bean to bar onsite.

Fantastic bars and really good sipping chocolate too.

A must if you like good chocolate!!!

SO happy my friends and I stumbled upon Chocosol Traders last night. They were so sweet and let us stay past closing time (we totally didn't realize they closed at 8pm). We were offered samples of the finest dark chocolate and we were INSTANTLY hooked!!

Safe to say we'll be back again. Along with the chocolate bars and truffles we purchased, we also ordered their vanilla sea salt drinking chocolate. I added milk with mine. Tasty but I'll be ordering it without milk to get the true decadent taste!

There's also a bit of seating upstairs. Very cute with a beautiful view. I personally really enjoyed our visit here. The chocolate was beautifully crafted and tasted delicious, the staff went above and beyond + were very friendly and overall the vibes are just IT here.

Highly recommend!
