I bought a rice Krispy bar at the coaldale hospital last night for my daughter. I paid $3.00 for it, and it was as hard as a brick! Not edible at all. When I looked at the best before date, it was dated August 14th 2024

Use their machines periodically where I work. There are four and two constantly break down, do not vend, or say they are sold out when there is product definitely in the machine. BBB said that it had to be taken up with the business but my company won't do anything about it in spite of numerous customer and employee complaints. Need to buy my things elsewhere and bring them in, never giving this place any business again.

Would be nice to receive a call-back about machines not working/not dispensing product. Especially since the drinks are marked very high, in an area where it is used often by displaced peoples. Could you imagine having your last $3.50 eaten by a company that doesn't bother tending to anything, when you already have nothing.

I've called twice already about a issue I had with one of their machines in the mall and they have never gotten back to me. Normally I don't care if a machine eats my money but in this case the machine owed me well over 10 dollars. I had put in a 20 dollar bill for my drink and the only change I got back was 50 cents.

CONSUMER ALERT - DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN ANY VENDING MACHINES OPERATED BY THIS COMPANY!
When money is lost in these vending machines, kiss it goodbye because the owner will never return it to. They do not return calls, they do not answer the phone personally and if they do, they lie and tell you they will return the money to you, but never do!
You are better off going to a slot machine in a casino and putting your money in them . . . better return than trying to purchase pop or snacks out of their vending machines.
It has been a long time since I have seen such poor and sleezy business practises . . . this guy wins the prize for been a RIP OFF ARTIST!

Denny Kamenz (owner) has very poor business dealings & displays a lack of trust when it comes to verbal agreements for paying out commissions. Talks a good talk but does not back it up.
