Well the food was generally okay. The service was terrible. Ordered and was told 30-40mins pick up. Showed up at 45 mins. Went in and was told 15 more mins. I eneded up waiting for 45 mins. Total an hour and a half. And trust me I understand being busy and a wait, but communicate this to your customers when they order. When we got the food home while serving we found that a label was left on a pepper.
We will not be ordering again.

We walked in on Saturday at 615pm and faced long lineup of others that ordered by phone and picking up , should have two lines, one for pickup and one for ordering, but the quality of food was great, took 25 minutes to get our three dishes, but food was great. Fresh, lots to enjoy the next day. Will be back.

Very nice customer service. Got the combo with chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls. Exactly what youd expect from that dish like all other restaurants. Prices are affordable. Great little place if you want to grab quick Chinese takeout.

I decided to go against the negative reviews and give this place a chance. Contrary to the negative reviews, I thought the food was actually very delicious and the portions were very big for the price you pay. To add, I can’t speak for delivery as I picked up but when I went to get my order the customer service was great and it was very busy inside! Will definitely support this business again when I am in the area!

We wanted some simple chinese food that hits the spot. This place has a lot of hate on google here, but it was delicious. Eager young staff on the phone. Pick up time on point, but I did place my order early in the evening.
$50 and got a deal for two and two other dishes, just what I wanted. Thank you!

This was the worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever encountered in my LIFE…and I’ve had some pretty average (basic ‘Canadianized’ fast food) Chinese that--for what it was--still hit the spot. Zero flavour, pale food that simply demonstrated that the person cooking in this take-out joint likely has no tastebuds and probably can’t cook any kind of fresh-food meal other than to chop and heat.The only reason I actually consumed this food was because there were veggies in it and I had paid for it. Don’t waste your time, and redirect your craving if you want Chinese food. Blech.

I’m not one to complain, but the customer service here is horrible. Super disappointing as we were trying to be reasonable on the phone after their mistake. There was no effort or attempt to rectify the issue, all we got was attitude and the feeling they couldn’t care less about us as customers. We have moved our business elsewhere.

This is the only place close to us. The food can be a hit or a miss but the service is awful. Will take a further drive next time just for better service.

Ordered spare ribs combo #1, got fried balls of meat. When I called they kept telling me that it is ribs even though I’ve never seen ribs like this before in my life. The person never acknowledged anything is wrong and just kept saying “okayyyy”.

I absolutely love this amazing Chinese food. The food is incredibly delicious that keep me coming back. The service is top-notch, always friendly and attentive. I go at least twice a week because my dad is obsessed with it, his favorite spot! Highly recommend.

Such a disappointment! Hate to say this but after eating here for over 30 yrs this was the last time. The quality of the food we ordered was so terrible that I had to return it to China Garden. When I spoke with the staff and explained why I was returning the food she became very aggressive and raised her voice to create a scene in front of other customers. Do not waste your money here.

Great experience, today is my 5th time ordering in 2 weeks. Delicious and hot & fast prep everytime. I dont normally leave reviews, but the food is good and consistent which says a lot. Just wish they had pictures of everything. So I stick with the basic chicken fried rice, chicken balls, cantonese chow mein, & chicken broccoli. Keep up good cooking and service. My family appreciates your small business!
