In town for work order through the app & because I changed my order & said no to the dip that came with it, order was denied & no email or call back to let us know. Waited for an he, called to find out myself order wasn’t put through after all. Never again

The delivery fees are extremely high, $7.99 to go 2 mins minutes from my house. I’ve received the wrong order 3/5 times I’ve used nisheats. SkipTheDishes is so much better, they actually determine the delivery price with how close the place is to you.
I don’t recommend at least until the change delivery prices! would be cheaper to call and cab and get them to deliver it rather than this delivery service.

EDIT: Yes, McDonalds is currently under renovations but this is hardly the first time I experienced this issue and it isn't only McDonalds. Many times I have went to order something only to discover that you just... can't.

I'd like to prefix my review with that I really do appreciate the service and have (and will continue to) use it but it still has a lot of issues.

Restaurants not being open for delivery despite the app/facebook page saying otherwise is a major one. It's totally random and very frustrating. McDonalds for example is often guilty for not opening up for breakfast (even when you select the breakfast version of the restaurant).

The various sites the app is listed under will not update their opening/closing hours, so you'll have one set of hours contradicted by an image they posted that lists another. (Again, see: facebook)

A lot of menu options are missing, misspelled or broken. Combos that exist don't exist in the app or the app claims to offer one thing but then the restaurant calls you to say they don't have (or have never) offered what you ordered.

Also if you fill your cart and then go back and then return to the restaurant, it loses what's in your cart and you are forced to start all over again which can be very frustrating.

I still like it and intend on continuing to use it, but... these issues can make the service a little frustrating to use.

I've never had an issue with Nish Eats. Friendly delivery drivers and the food is always warm and fresh when I get it.

Website was a bit difficult to navigate. The food was all cold and soggy, because the delivery took almost 2 hours to get here. Won't be using again.

The website usually doesn't work and there isnt much effort to fix it. Delivery drivers are always nice though
