Ever wonder why some businesses stand out? Amazing customer service!! Cherry Tree Quilts came to my rescue this week in a big way. I needed to finish my quilt but I didn’t have a walking foot for the backing and binding. Caithy and Jeanette put up with me sitting in the shop sewing on their machine and picking their brains. Barb and Joe, the proprietors were so gracious! Thank you so much!!!

Recently completed an online order. I was thrilled that things were set up so my order could be held to see if I wished to add more items as the daily sales were announced over a 12 day period. All communication was prompt and friendly. The package was neatly packed, was sent very quickly once the sale ended, and all items (including those that might have been easily damaged if not for the careful packaging) arrived safely. Thank you! Recommended.

Amazing selection - by far the best quilt shop we have found in the Okanagan since moving from the Lower Mainland.
That said - the interaction witnessed today between an employee (woman dressed in black and white, who was not feeling well apparently) and a male colleague made for a super uncomfortable situation.
Totally unprofessional - talking down to someone anytime, but particularly in a work setting such as this is unacceptable.
Should negative feedback be required it should never be done in front of customers.
Again, too bad - such a nice store left us with such a bad experience...

I phoned in an order recently and received the best customer service ever. The associate was friendly and cheerful, helped me immensely by looking up and describing a couple of different fabrics that I could not decide on. My order went out that day and I received it the next...less than 24 hours! It was packaged beautifully with a 'gift' and a thank you card inside. I am extremely happy with my fabric choices and the excellent customer service. Will be ordering again and sharing with my friends! Thank you, Cherry Tree Quilts!

I have ordered fabric a few times including twice in the last month. How great is it that I get my fabric delivered to me in under three days? I love that! I don’t have to wait to get my project started or ….forget what I wanted to make because it took so long for delivery. Thank you soooooo much. Cherry Tree Quilts is a beautiful store!! ❤❤ The staff are amazing!! Barb, Sam and Caithy are the ones that I've personally dealt with, but have I witnessed the other staff members kindness while I was doing my own shopping! I was lucky enough to win their Canada Day quilt kit giveaway in 2020! I, then, ended up purchasing a Handi Quilter Moxie from Cherry Tree and I can't imagine purchasing it anywhere else! Sam answered ALL my millions of questions...in person, by phone, text, and email to make sure that I felt comfortable making this large purchase! Sam delivered and set it up, made sure that I was trained on everything, from loading a quilt on, to threading it, to winding a new bobbin, setting and adjusting tension,...everything you could possibly think of, he showed me how!! Their support before, during and after buying my Moxie has been outstanding and very much appreciated! Barb has been a huge help to me while choosing which rulers to use for ruler quilting and helping me choose the right colour thread for the quilts that I was going to be quilting! They've even helped my husband with "his" Christmas wish list! I had also purchased some Glide thread on their first Tuesday of the month sale day, along with a few patterns, online, and it showed up in my mailbox that Friday! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this store, the owners and staff!! And 5⭐ are not nearly enough!! I just wish Summerland was closer to where I lived, so I could visit more often!! Well...maybe not!! Thank you again, for your amazing customer service!!! ❤

It's so great to have a store of this caliber in our town! The material is lovely and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone in with questions often and they've always helped me out. I've taken a class there which was really helpful, and I know they have lots of services, classes and activities I haven't been able to take advantage of yet.
