Bought a new YTH22V46 Husqvarna then a 42 snow thrower with a electric winch.
They got it all up and running great.
They have parts for so many small engines it's amazing.
Knowledgeable staff and Service dept that did a service call after purchase.
Looking forward to buying more attachments.

I was working on a small engine in the evening and was going to purchase parts at an online distributor as I was in no rush and thought this to be more convenient. Online store quoted price and delivery within a 2 week window. Before ordering I stopped at CR, they had the parts I needed in stock( head gaskets) and were less than 1/2 the cost of the online distributor. CR has always been my go to and this experience confirmed this again. Their service is always great, parts are fairly priced and they have very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them!

Pete is a great guy. Took my chain saw in from the lake for me while on a weekend off. Had it fixed in 5 mins. Went to see their new store. Like a kid in a candy store. Amazing variety and inventory. Gave me a tour.

I always considered Charles Repair to be one of the better Lawn and Garden dealers until my Last visit.
Drive wheels were starting to skip and wanted the battery replaced.
Lawn mower sat there for a couple of weeks. And I get a call that it is not repairable and cheaper to buy a new one.
So I bring it home and start to poke around at it.
They had never opened the battery compartment. I don’t think they took the rear wheels off either because I had to use an impact gun to get the bolts out.
Disassembling took me about 3/4 hour. Hunting down the parts maybe 15 minutes.
1 battery $40
2 drive wheels $89
2 pinion gears $90
1 drive belt $25
Total $244
Reassembly about 3/4 hour.
Not sure about their shop rate so I used $100/hour. Total $150.
Total about $400.
The worst part was that they never even had the courtesy to phone with an estimate.

I went in to get a trimmer and although they were sold out they are getting me one for the sale price. Bonnie knew all about the trimmer and was a big help.
There showroom is very well done and the work they do is the very best.
Confident in this business because they really know what they are doing!!!
