Excellent, personable, and timely customer service! I had an great experience working with C&H. I ordered my tuxedo package, and everything arrived perfectly and on time. My groomsman also received his suit package, and both of us were impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for the big day. They were quick to answer any questions and made the entire process seamless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of formal wear for a special occasion.

I was getting to realize that I needed a proper black tie tuxedo and a black suit wasn't cutting it anymore for the situations i was slowly having to atten. Add to that that I'm 6ft 5 and a solid build so off the rack is never a solution.

I'm so glad I came to Charles & Hunt from the initial meeting through fittings and final delivery Carla was amazing to work with and a pleasure in making the whole process easy.

Cassandra also helped us pick out ties and pocket squares to ensure a cohesive look. My groomsmen and I got the wedding package. The suits were high quality and 100% wool, not polyester. For the price and fit, I would 100% go with this option as the service was very quick and, after alterations were made, they fit like custom anyways. I prefer the classic style so I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, if you are looking for something fancier they offer custom suits as well. Carla and Cassandra were great help throughout the process and I would highly recommend for everyone to use Charles & Hunt for their wedding. I ended up breaking my ankle really bad into the process and they were more than accommodating throughout. If you’re looking to purchase suits for a wedding, you can’t beat this deal. I’ve also rented for a friends wedding and for a couple more dollars you can get a fitted suit from Charles & Hunt. If I could give 6 stars I would.

In October, I booked an appointment for a suit fitting with Carla in preparation for my May 2022 wedding. From our first meeting, my fiancee and I were completely impressed with Carla's expertise! Not to mention her kindness and thoughtfulness in creating a welcoming atmosphere for her store. We knew immediately that we were in good hands.
Through every step of the way, from discussing styles and cuts, and fitting, and everything else, Carla was an incredible help - making what might otherwise have been a stressful process a complete joy. (In fact, in the grand scheme of wedding planning, buying my suit has been the easiest and one of the most fun parts of it). Now I'm all set with a great-looking and stylish suit, ready to trip the light fantastic.
