Russel and his crew are always looking to help you out. They have most maintenance items for your ATV in stock and are fair price. I can get them online for a little savings but I always buy from them because they are great. The ATV mechanic is fantastic too. Always helpful, always returns your ATV with the issue fixed. He even explains what the issue was, what may have caused it, and how he fixed it. When you buy an ATV, he'll walk you through the maintenance checks, physically show you on your machine where they are and how to do it, and even go over any odd noises that are normal so you don't return thinking something is wrong.

I've also bought all of my gas garden equipment from these guys. They won't let you leave until they teach you how to use and maintain it. Tell me where else you can go to get that service?

Lastly, they don't nickel and dime you. Again, I seldom get a bargain or discount but I've never been ripped off, treated poorly or paid more than I should have. And that is what I expect from a local brick and mortar business. When they feel they can give me a little savings, they do when they can and without me asking. I can't ask for more.

Bought a saw - did not work great. Went to talk to them and see about fixing and Russell was very rude and ignorant. Got my money back and Will never return to store again - took my business to A &M small engines in scotsburn and had fantastic experience - left with a better saw and better deal! Highly reccomend going there instead.

Nice little shop thats been around for a long time. Keep an eye on their facebook page and watch for sales. You can get some decent discounts in the spring on motorcycle tires. Stock can be hit or miss, but thats not uncommon for the area.
