Bao is amazing - I had a vintage turntable from 1986 that was broken during a move and he repaired it. I didn’t have a timeline so I dropped it off and he called me about a month later saying it was fixed and ready to go. He’s so personable and will do everything he can to make sure you’re satisfied! Thank you!!!

I brought my Bryston amp in after it stopped working. Got an endless number of excuses and delaying tactics. Five months later still nothing... Picking it up tomorrow.

Ammending my review....... 2 hours after I told them I was picking it up, they called to tell me it was fixed.

Just one blown capacitor on the power switch..... Could have been fixed in a day.

So, they do know what they are doing, but way too busy or disorganized to run a business.

If you do use them, keep calling until your unit is fixed.

Not a scam but more of a retirement hobby workshop.

Bo and the CENTEK team were friendly, professional, cost-effective and very capable in their knowledge in and ability with vintage electronics. They restored my Electrohome Circa 75's whole insides including the turntable. Everything works smoothly and sounds heavenly. Thanks CENTEK!!

awesome service!!!! Bao will fix tube amps and is a specialist. Prices are more than reasonable and are an inflation beater without a doubt. Quality workmanship! I would recommend Centek every time.

I brought in my Mcintosh integrated amp 6100 for repair, Boa changed Volume controller it sounds amazing I just have to shut it off by power bar, Boa saved me lots of Money

Mr Bao fixed my tube preamp’s humming noise. First I thought noise came from my new power amp, he tested and told me it might be the tube preamp issue. He is amazing!

Years later, he moded my Crown Macro Tech amplifier, removing old transformer &fan and installing small fan, which makes my amplifier very quite.

The owner seems nice but I was charged $40 for nothing. I brought a power amp in, he said he couldn't find any issues with it, then he charged me $40 to get it back. That being said I would probably come back here if I have issues with my stereo equipment. Bao was professional and communicative which I appreciated.
