If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The way this company treats their employees is hideous. They do not follow proper procedures in taking care of equipment. There is an old boys club made up of young men that think they can treat the night and day employees terribly. Many people new to the country work here..because no one else will. The supervisors currently there treat staff like slaves. Lie about them when they want them gone. The worst part is..either the owner is not aware or he turns a blind eye. Sad place that needs to be investigated by workers comp and labour relations. Do yourself a favor work at Mc Donald's pay is almost the same and you will treat you better. To the owner. You need to investigate your managers not ur employees.

Picking up a load at this place is always nice, super quick and efficient . Really nice work attitude from all the employees here in shipping and loading. The loaders are very co-operative, Jitender and Dean are both always quick and very helpful in getting the weight right!

I have been picking up my loads from Cascadia metals for a long time and its always been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, humble and understand the weight allocation on the trailer. Specially Jitender Samra, he has always gone beyond his responsibilities to support the driver in having the load right and is very fast at what he does.

I have been dealing with Melanie Kumar in sales pretty much exclusively, for the past 6 years. Over our history she has shown myself and my shop immense consideration! She is personable, enthusiastic And friendly! Extremely efficient to the point of ensuring our orders are correct. If any mishaps have happened she has diligently corrected for us. It truly is a pleasure to deal with a company as big and busy as Cascadia metals, with confidence! Thank you for being there for us!!

About 10% of the staff are friendly and decent overall good individuals. There is a HUGE internal issue with BULLYING over there and you have done NOTHING to address it. Your * GOLD STAR* employees bully new recruits or other recruits with mental health issues and when they come forward to HR to tell the truth. All you do is nothing.. There was employee there that lasted 2 days and another that last one day and all you did to him was mocked him and made fun of him. I wish, anyone GOOD LUCK! doing business with these people or even starting work here. DO BETTER

I picked up a load from here on Friday for the first time.
forklift operator dean helped me with the load and was very helpful. he was patient and didn’t rush with load and ensured everything was good.
