Après avoir lu les avis, j'étais sceptique, mais comme cette entreprise avait de bons prix, j'ai décidé de faire confiance et de commander trois articles Resmed (masque, courroie et adaptateur 12V). La commande a été expédiée dans les dix jours (tel qu'indiqué dans le courriel de confirmation) et je l'ai reçue trois jours plus tard, bien emballée, en parfait état. I placed an order expecting delivery between 1-5 business days as the website states. When my order didn’t arrive, I tried reaching out to the company and I have had no response. I’ve tried emailing, calling and messaging on both their website and their Facebook page and have yet to hear back. At this point, I either want a refund or the items that I purchased. This company is a scam

So I did my sleep lab at the royal Ottawa under supervision of Dr Elliot Lee, whom I can't say enough amazing things about, but I digress. I registered at a whopping 57.5 apneas an hour according to the AHI index. So I contacted capital home medical, they have several locations but the one I went to was the 267 O'Connor location. And my sleep coordinator if you will; Rafael. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GUY. not only did he get the paperwork for government funds and everything done in record time, and literally had me fitted and my own personal machine a couple days later (funds came in on Friday)

He knew the system in and out to get as much funding and as much coverage by ODSP as possible. Not only did I bypass having to do a month loaner on a used machine, and been given my own machine immediately, he got my CPAP cleaning supplies and my distilled water covered for the year so I have no out of pocket costs.

That and he's a very kind friendly sociable person who truly cares about his position and his clients. I truly believe I'm in good hands. And that's a HUGE weight off my shoulders.

If anyone is low income or on government disability and have OSA. Please for your own well being get it treated, and of course call up Rafael at capital Home. You won't find anyone better!

Fantastic helpful and friendly- are just a few great things I can say about the staff. I was very nervous not knowing if I could even use a CPAP machine but the staff were experienced in helping me choose the best fitting mask for me. They also fallow up to make sure you are doing well which made the whole experience stress free from start to finish.

The team at Capital Home Medical Equipment are amazing. Rafael was exceptionally helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He answered all my questions.

Finding a mask was not easy for me. I was able to try several. Every appointments were done respectfully. All the information you need is upfront. I felt supported to whole time. This is a plus as to be compliant with the CPAP therapy you really need care and support.

I finished my CPAP trial, and now my ongoing treatment with Capital Home Medical Equipment. The level of support and care has made this entire process almost fun.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for care, support, knowledge and excellent customer service.

Five stars are not enough! This business could teach lessons to all others about putting the client first! It is 100% designed and operated to serve you. I felt like I was the only customer they had even though I saw how busy they are.
Rafael went so far above and beyond, I felt like I was always his number one concern, even though he was booked solid with other clients. He always took the time and had so much patience working with me to make sure that I was able to get the best possible results from my treatment.
It's so rare in health care to find a business like this, that truly cares about their customers and always put your needs first.

CPAP. I have been a patient now at Capital Home Medical a little over a year since January 2023. The care I have received from Kerry and Rafael has been outstanding. They were very patient in making sure I was fitted for the proper mask and machine. Kerry Lee William’s is very caring and she really worked hard to find the right solutions for my weird shaped face. I’m just hard to fit.
When one didn’t work, she would try again and let me take home to try out until we found success. They also send reminders out when it’s time to replace masks, hoses etc. plus they even helped me complete my insurance forms and submitted them for me, which relieved a lot of stress for me. My family Doctor suggested I try Capital Home Medical. Prior to that I was dealing with Medigas at the Queensway Carleton. What a disaster that was. The first appointment was good, but try getting any aftercare at all. Each time I needed to replace a mask, or hose, they couldn’t find my records. They were no help at all in helping me get a proper fitting mask, and were no help in getting me any help when my CPAP was recalled. I spent over a year without a CPAP because of their lack of care.
Capital Medical went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement and worked with the Sleep Lab at the Queensway Carleton to help expedite getting a Prescription so that I would be covered under the assistance devices government program.
With Medigas it was hard to stay compliant with treatment. It’s a totally different story with Capital. I could go on…but I promise you won’t be disappointed in the care you receive.
I went to the Kanata Location, but I believe the manager (Rafael Mendonca) works at both Kanata and Barrhaven.
I’m really grateful for all they have done for me.
