The Machine at Bruyere Hospital advertises a discount if you pay cash. They also don't provide any change at all, so the discount is actually theoretical. I put a $20 in there, no change at all. They owe me $17.50 (plus the .25 discount...). In following up on that, they assured me that they would take care of the problem right away, which is reasonable since there office is 8 minutes from here according to GPS. They also assured me that I will get me my change. In 14 weeks. That's crazy. More crazy than that, it's been 3 weeks since I reported the problem and my mother just put a $5 in the machine before I could stop her. They didn't fix the machine right away, it is still ripping off the sick and elderly people in a hospital. Now I imagine she will have to wait 14 weeks as well. While recovering from a stroke, and battling Alzheimer's, she doesn't need the added confusion and stress. In 3 weeks, they could have fixed the machine or at least amend the sign to stop encouraging cash. Slimey of the company to keep ripping off societies most vulnerable when they are so close by and could easily fix it.

The worst service you can ever has, I paid and get nothing, I contacted them by phone but never answer, I contacted by email and after fill the form they sent, they said they will respond or refund after 10 weeks by mail I advise you to never use their machines

The address on google is false, they moved over 5 months ago, dont answer the phone when i call to let them know that there equipment is still being delivered to the old location.
