Absolutely trash. My sandwich was stuck in the machine. Went through the process of getting a refund. Canteen is refusing to refund me. Trash service. If youre looking for other vending services. Look elsewhere

I tried to set up the new account with them and they transferred me to another department. they talked to me like they are least interested and they even don't care about their customers as well.
very bad experience.
very irresponsible.
poor customer service.

This has to be the worst Canteen service i've ever seen. This place supplies my place of employment and they are horrible. The fridges are always empty and when they come to stock they bring just a few items that are gone by the end of day. Stay far away from this place.
