Absolutely Outstanding Service – Thank You Kieran & Mia!
I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the canski shop in Whistler, Blackcomb, and I can confidently say it was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Kieran and Mia went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Their professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience feel personal and special. They were attentive without being pushy, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

It’s rare to find service that feels this authentic and thoughtful—Kieran and Mia are true assets to the canski team. I left not only with some amazing gear but also with a big smile on my face.

Outstanding attentive customer service from Georgina and Mia at CanSki Blackcomb, who went above and beyond. Even stayed past store closing time to assist with a large purchase. I’m a whistler local and rarely see this level of service in a retail outlet

My new boots were not fitting well after the first run, and the ski technicians were able to fit me in without an appointment.

He asked me in-depth questions on my ski positions and where the hot spots were. He punched out the shell by a few millimeters and it was INSTANT MAGIC! I was able to get back on the slopes with well fitted boots.

Louise and George were my pow-day superheroes

When strapping up in the queue my buckle snapped - as soon as they opened, George and Louise warmingly greeted and conducted an F1 pit-stop speed replacement - making it back in time for the lift opening

If you’re in need of a boot fitting, binding adjustment or anything of the sorts. CAN-SKI Blackcomb will exceed your expectations. In despite of the fact that my friends and I had requests and questions that would warrant most sales associates to quit. We were met with extraordinary enthusiasm and expertise from both Ollie and George. If you’re in need of ski gear and quality entertainment. Look no further than CAN-SKI Blackcomb.

Really sad to see what has happened to this store over the last 8 years we have been coming here. Blackcomb was high end and so was the customer service within this store selling high end skiwear. Merchandising has gone downhill as has the range and the customer service is just awful. Attendants messing around with eachother, no greeting, no asking if you need assistance or assisting with your choices. Overall rude and unhelpful demeanours. Very, very poor from what it used to be. Sad to see would rather go spend 2k - 5k on a ski outfit elsewhere where the service matches the products sold.

Had to write a review of the service from Can Ski Blackcomb. I bought new skis (last years model Rossignol blackops senders) in October and went back in a few weeks later when I was looking for new bindings.
I was helped with what I needed and told that my skis and bindings would be mounted next week. I received a call a few days later and the ski technician asked if I could drop one of my boots off to ensure proper mount.

This is where things got interesting. I came by with my atomic ski boots and met with Jake. After looking at my old boots, he discovered many structural cracks in the plastic shell. He also informed me that my 15year old boots won’t work well with today’s bindings.
I wasn’t looking for new boots that day as I’d already invested in skis and bindings, but so glad I decided to go for it.
Jake fitted me in a great boot and we decided that because of my long narrow foot to go for a smaller size and punch out the toe. We did two heat molds and now the boots feel great! I am so happy with my new setup and with the service from the Can Ski Blackcomb staff. Jakes professionalism and product knowledge was outstanding.
