We purchased the C3 510 1 year ago and have had great results. Integrating with our post processor was relatively straightforward, and we have been running non-stop without any issues from the equipment. We are now 100 kitchens in for the year and have not had any failures due to the CNC.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Alexander diagnosed and fixed an issue that had been plaguing me and despite having tried everything (or so I thought), he patiently went through all the steps to solve the issue, providing a part replacement and detailed walk through to solve the issue. Now I’m running better than ever. He even managed to show me things I didn’t even know were available on the machine! I’ve owned 3 different CNC machines and all of them were good machines. But this one came with a level of service that ensures that I will be buying all my stuff from CanCam!!

I had a great experience with the Cancam Support Center, particularly with Alexander Colarossi. When my machine encountered a short circuit, Alexander was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He effectively communicated the issue and provided detailed instructions over the phone and through email, including a drawing that made it easy to understand. Thanks to his support, we were able to resolve the problem quickly, and I’m back to business. I highly recommend their services.

We own a Mira9 and a C2-510ATC purchased in November of '23. New to both a laser and a CNC there was plenty to learn. Starting with Simon in sales, we made several trips for hands on demos to understand what we would be getting into, and understand the team we would be working with. Since taking delivery, most of the issues have fallen on my side with beginner user errors. Each time I've opened a support case, Alexander has been generous with his time and knowledge to help out. In working with him, he frequently asks for video to see what I've been doing. While I feel it slows down the process, my most recent engagement highlighted a very minor detail I had been overlooking. Without his insistence on video, I would probably end up doing things the same way (which was costing me time and accuracy). The entire team has been professional and courteous whenever we've needed help. Simon won our business and Alexander is making sure CanCam keeps it.

I'm coming up on the two-year mark of using our Cancam CNC in our sign shop, and I'm still extremely satisfied with both the machine itself and the service provided by the company. Alexander in support is always available whenever I need assistance, and whenever I accidentally break the machine he is quick to arrange for the necessary parts to be delivered across the country, often within a day. The machine is easy to use and easy to repair, and the company is readily accessible. I would gladly purchase another Cancam CNC and highly recommend them to anyone considering one.
