The service and comfort experienced in Esterhazy met all our expectations. We are slowly visiting all Canalta hotels for short getaways and have never been disappointed. I wish I learned of this chain when they first opened. I'm glad the Prairie provinces have got their own chain. Congratulations on a class chain.

When making the reservation for two nights, a king room was the only one available. Spacious and well designed. Most comfortable room and the huge bed with lots of luxurious pillows. Extended my stay for another night but the had to move to a double queen room. I was pleasantly surprised to find my luggage was moved for me when I returned from the day out. The free breakfast was plentiful and at the waffle station I spoiled myself. I look forward to returning soon.

We always enjoy staying at the Canalta. As a family of 5, the triple queen room is highly desirable for us. The hotel is always clean with friendly service and a great breakfast. The hot tub and steam room are also a nice touch.

Stayed three nights here . They have breakfast laundry facilities hot tub and sauna . We played games they have a huge selection of board games to borrow . Quiet clean new beds are comfy . Front desk super helpful and polite friendly. Would recommend staying here peaceful location enjoyed our stay .

This is unique property during my travels. From warm friendly check- in to superb cleaning. GM Shaerisse and her team always manage to bring big city vibes and expectations to this unique small town property! Well done!

Rooms were clean and updated. I asked the staff about gluten free options for breakfast they were unable to verify any ingredients for the products they serve and said they would have to look online and get back to me the next day. We were there for 3 nights. No one got back to me, the staff in their 'kitchen' just shrugged and said they dont know.. They couldn't even confirm the eggs or hash browns were gluten free. The stay otherwise was great but if youre celiac perhaps look to stay somewhere else if you want the 'complimentary' breakfast that is paid for in the room rate.

There is a horrible squealing noise in the exhaust fan of the hot pool that makes it hard to stay in the room more then five minutes. Repairs need to be done on that area. Otherwise it was clean

Stayed for one night to stop in to visit family. Had to bring my small dogs with me. Charged $25 per dog, which doesn't make a lot of sense. Should just charge a singular pet fee. Nowhere for the dogs to relieve themselves except an un-mowed field. Found ticks on us after cause the grass was so long. Considering after taxes to bring some tiny dogs was pushing $100 I would expect the hotel has an area for dogs to actually urinate that isn't grass as tall as they are.

At 9:00pm we went to the spa area. The steam room was spraying boiling water so it wasn't usable. We had left the tv on. When we were heading back to the room we passed the front desk staff in the hallway. When we got to the room our tv was off. We missed her being in our room without our permission by less than a minute.

The government rate for the hotel was more expensive than Expedia. Doesn't really add up.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast hours were nice. It's just dumb things that left a sour taste in our mouth.
