I send my designs over due to some of my clients wishes and I have never had to complain at all, they are my go to print company. I found them a while ago and thank god I did. I ordered a t shirt with a custom design super last minute because I had to go out of town unexpectedly and they did such a great job! The quality of the print was great and I was a bit worried about not getting it in time (all due to my own timeline shift) but they finished it days earlier than expected. Overall an incredibly seamless experience and amazing product.

I have had my own little business for a year now, and Canadian Custom Apparel is who I've been using for my merch since the beginning. I had no idea just how great they were until dealing with two other custom apparel companies that fell very short and were a huge disappointment. Lesson learned - stick with who doesn't let you down! Not only is CCA's product always top quality, their customer service is five star. They have always been so friendly, accommodating, and helpful in answering my questions and providing design feedback BEFORE the production process. I deal with Kim the most, and she is such a delight. 10/10 recommend Canadian Custom Apparel!

Ordered a couple test t-shirts for my partner's business and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The digital printing feels more solid and long-lasting than t-shirts I've bought from other retail stores or companies. The shirts themselves are perfection, so comfy and sizing was spot on. Printing and delivery only took a couple of days (we live in Waterloo region) and I will be ordering all of our print products from this company moving forward.

One note for management is that I experienced a small glitch during the design process on the website. When in the design space, trying to change the quantity of shirts or size combinations would cause the site to stall and freeze every time. Not the end of the world, it would kick back in after 4min or so, but just a heads up!

I ordered 24 sweaters with a detailed indigenous design and was able to change the colour scheme right from the website. I was able to have the group name embroidered on the back and I spoke with customer service to get each girls name also added on the sleeve. They responded promptly and made my vision come to fruition! Their staff was very patient and kind and answered any inquiry I had... our tweens LOVE the sweaters and I'm so glad I ordered through Canadian Custom Apparel! I will def be ordering more things!

INCREDIBLE service and overall experience. As a teacher, I can’t recommend this company highly enough for school merch orders. Emma was fantastic! She set up an e-store for my school’s musical theatre production with a variety of custom designs (several which were created by students!) on t-shirts, hoodies, and more. We were able to choose between selling the merch at-cost, or with a profit for our fundraising efforts. No need to collect order forms, handle money, or distribute the merch— this company shipped each order directly to the students’ houses as the orders were placed!

I recently purchased a bulk package of 24 crew neck t-shirts from this company, expecting a premium product given the price point of $80 per unit—even after placing a large order. Unfortunately, the quality of the t-shirts and the packaging did not meet expectations.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of support when we reached out with our concerns. We were open to returning the items and placing a new order, but the response has been unhelpful and dismissive.

As a business that values customer experience, we hoped for a more cooperative and solution-oriented approach. This has been a disappointing experience overall.
