If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam and should be avoided at all costs. They took my money and completely failed to provide the service they promised. No follow-up, no communication — just silence after payment. The staff is incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. They clearly have no interest in helping their customers or standing behind their work.

It’s shocking that a so-called “security” company can operate with such blatant disregard for integrity or basic customer service. There was no accountability, no transparency, and certainly no respect. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company — these people will take your money and leave you with nothing but frustration. Absolutely disgraceful.

This place is a money grab from start to finish. They sell you dreams of job opportunities, training, and licenses but the second they get your payment, they vanish. You get sent to ONE job fair, and they call it a day. No real placements, no license, no help.

The so-called HR rep (a rude white lady with an attitude) treats you like you’re a burden, not a client. Vikas and the girl at the front desk are just as useless condescending, unprofessional, and straight-up disrespectful.

The “CPR training”? Garbage. Total waste of time. The actual training program? 100% online no guidance, no instruction, no value. It’s all smoke and mirrors. They’ll say whatever it takes to get your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.

This isn’t a security company it’s a scam operation disguised as one. There is ZERO integrity, ZERO professionalism, and ZERO accountability.

If you value your time, money, or basic human respect DO. NOT. COME. HERE. You’ve been warned.

This place does not even deserve a single star.
I had a terrible experience with this security training company and would strongly advise others to stay away. I paid in full for a training program and was removed for completely unjust reasons. What followed was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Ramandeep Khara, who claims to be a manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When my wife called to inquire about the services I had already paid for, he yelled at her on the phone instead of providing any helpful information. His behavior was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and unethical.

This company does not operate in good faith. They took my money and then essentially ghosted me, while Mr. Khara made false claims and refused to address the situation appropriately. He refused to speak to me when I walked into the office to politely ask for either my account to get activated or get a refund, he immediately started shouting "I'm calling the police, I'm calling the police for trespassing" when I asked for his license number and his full name he refused to give it. I asked him multiple times over the phone as well and in person, he refused every time to provide his license. FYI, according to the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 (PSISA) section 35(1) states that every security guard on duty must carry their identification card and produce it for inspection at the request of any person. This requirement ensures transparency and accountability for security guards in their interactions with the public.... A security guard who doesn't even know basic security laws.

Do not trust this company with your time or money. There are far better, more professional training providers out there. I’m deeply disappointed and am taking further steps to report this conduct to the appropriate authorities/ministry.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from this company. Despite obtaining my security license through them over a year ago, I've yet to secure a job.
The company initially promised me job opportunities, but now they constantly ask me to wait. When I inquire about the status, they cite lack of experience or transportation as the reasons for not hiring me.
It's frustrating because they're creating a catch-22 situation. How am I supposed to gain experience or afford a car without a job? It feels like they're not invested in helping me succeed.
The communication from the company has been unprofessional and unhelpful. They seem more interested in delaying the process than providing meaningful support.

I would caution others against using this company's services. Unless they change their approach, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money.

Then they remove people from their portal and says you are not our student or use the word “fake”. Customer service deserves a “0” rating as they should remember the wording — good luck finding a job. Whosoever gonna review about them will disapear from the database or what else you can listen to is the word “competitor” ( in what scamming )😂literally thats what we got after paying. Then why they got $700. It seems they are only trustworthy everyone else is a liar.
