My wife loves this place.
Excellent selection, great staff, friendly people.
This place is far better than Michaels.
If you are a yarn nut and need to find a store that has it all then this is your place.
Price are reasonable for the quality of yarn and materials you get here. You don’t walk away feeling ripped off.
Staff will help you and are not snooty or rude.
Ask about the mystery box.

Truly a hidden gem in the KW region, affordable prices, great selection of various yarn types and colours and did I mention really good prices? I would have probably paid double the price at a big box craft store for the yarn I purchased today. Kerry is very kind and great to talk to, I’ll be visiting again 🙂

What a fantastic experience! I have shopped here several times but didn’t realize that this place will go above and beyond for their customers. I was a few rows short on a blanket I needed to finish for a gift and no one had the yarn I needed. I called Cambridge Fibres and even though they didn’t have the specific yarn I needed they helped me to find a suitable replacement that looked so close I was able to finish. They had only one ball left and I was working so they held it for me for a few hours until I could go there to pick it up. Would highly recommend this place any time you need friendly service great products!

We went to this store the other day as it said it was wheelchair accessible but it is NOT. The parking lot may be but the store is not. Only stairs up to the store. Waste of time. Please do not post you are wheelchair accessible when you are not.
