Oh so many tools! What? You say you are looking for Price and Service? No problem! Busy Bee Tools is the place. Table saws, band saws, lathes, Sanders, routers, and everything in-between!

I looked online to make sure they had what I was looking for, a new dust mask and a stop switch for an old cast iron Craftsman table saw. I upgraded to a slightly newer switch.

Store layout is neat and efficient, with all the departments labeled and organized. Lots of parking and close to the highway for easy access.

Staff are more than ready to help out with any questions related to the supplies or tools they carry. Craftex is the house brand, and a very good buy. I bought my drill press from there about 20 years ago. Still working!

First visit to Busy Bee Tools (Saturday) what a great little story jam packed with variety of metal & woodworking tools all well organized in a clean well laid out store. Staff is both very friendly upon entering the store as well as personable and very knowledgeable.

Very poor after customer service ,, took days to get a hold of someone in repair/service
Dropped off my saw in Concord and asked when repair is complete can you ship to pickering for pick up ,, they said no problem
They have called me three times asking when im coming to concord to pick up saw. Asked three times to ship
Whenever I call you only get voice mail , if they call back and get my voicemail for some reason they never leave a message. Pretty poor after sale service

Finally ready to make the doors for my new kitchen cabinets. The rail and stile cutter set I purchased has a chip in the carbide of 1 of the cutters. Just took it out of the box. The store contact person informed me that it is out of warranty. I have been a customer for 20 plus years.
Very disappointed. Not a customer any more.

The store is quiet, well stocked and run by very knowledgeable people. It is a great place to get advice on how to do something.

Visiting Busy Bee Tools is always a highlight in my day when I go there. You always feel welcomed and your business is always appreciated. What more is there to say other than keep up the great work!

First in store experience with Busy Bee today. Staff were extremely friendly and were happy to talk and answer my questions. I confidently left with an 8” Craftex Jointer, set it up, ran some lumber through and couldn’t be happier! Talking to them gave me the confidence I needed to know there is someone standing behind the product in the event I have any issues. I’ve found my new place!

Bunch of grumpy old know it all entitled men. Never have had a good experience with the people in this store except for the lady. She's nice. Great selection of tools though, when they're in stock.
