We have been their customer for about 11 years and we always had positive experience when we contacted their service reps. The challenge we had this year due to the ice storms in Algonquin Highlands was with many stress days but budget propane delivered very quickly when we thought was going to be a hassle.
In addition we apparently needed a new tank as well as a new location for the tank. Everyone involved was very professional and courteous. Thanks to Rob and his team mate Tom, the installation was a breeze and they ensured all of our equipment was in working order afterwards.

Had Technician come by today to perform a 10 year inspection, Sam was his name. Very knowledgeable, very helpful with what he was looking at and why. He provided many simple things a homeowner can do to keep things safe around propane. A real asset to Budget Propane👍🏻

I’ve been a customer of Budget Propane for four years now and have consistently had a positive experience. A couple of years ago, they installed an additional tank and connected a gas line to our generator, and the process was handled smoothly and professionally. Their service to the home has always been timely and reliable.

Overall, customer service has been fairly friendly. There are a couple of representatives who come across as a bit snippy or impatient, which can be frustrating—especially during stressful times. However, others in the office have been incredibly kind and helpful, and their warmth makes up for the more difficult interactions.

During the recent ice storm, my generator ran for nine days straight, and there was concern about running out of propane. Despite the challenges, Budget was able to come and refill the tank, which I deeply appreciated. Even though my Rogers service was down for about four days (which meant my tank monitor wasn’t working), the team helped me understand what steps to take going forward if the tank gets low again.

All in all, Budget Propane has been dependable and helpful, and I’m happy to continue working with them. I’d give them a solid five-star rating for their overall service and commitment.

Worst customer service ever! I called in and spoke to a girl named Ashley about my delivery. Unfortunately, it was the same girl who billed my account wrong not 1, not 2 but THREE TIMES! She confirmed my delivery was going to happen on Friday, well, now it's Monday and still NO delivery. She seemed distracted the whole time as if she were on her cell phone and had more important things to do. Please employ staff who are competent and can provide accurate information. If I could provide 0 stars in would. Will be switching providers assp.

Paul Walker from Budget Propane came to deliver propane to our cottage and realized we had too much propane to top it up.
He pointed this out to my husband and decided it was better to come back in the fall and said he would inform the front office. We wanted to thank him for his professional suggestions. Great service.
