Médiocre, il te donne pas les mauvaises informations de prix sur un produits et rendu a la facture tu paie le double de ce qu'il ton mentioner. Pour ma part sait la dernière fois.

I recently had my Massey Ferguson tractor in for a warranty service. Pascal is very friendly, polite and had great communication before and during the service work covering many important details. I also purchased an implement from Jamie, he was very pleasent and easy to deal with. Very pleased with the service I have had at Brownlees and will continue doing business there. I would highly reccomend Brownlee equipment for service sales and parts. Thanks!

I called the company as I needed some work done urgently while I had a transport company from down south, the staff member I had chatted to had got the owner to contact me in regard to what I needed and he came out damn near right away and helped myself and transport company with the issue at hand. Definitely a great guy and good business practice! Hands down would use him and his services again!

If you are going to do business here, make sure you get the details in writing before handing over any cash. Spent 50 grand on a piece of equipment and salesman Robert promised the machine was in immaculate condition and would be serviced before I picked it up, and come with an owner/operator's manual. Got the $ from the bank, went to purchase, and saw the windshield was damaged. This was not a deal breaker, so I proceeded to pay the man.i was told the manual will be mailed, as he couldn't find it at the moment. Blamed the 'girl' at the desk for this and said he would get her to find it and send it to me. After a few weeks with no manual, I contacted Robert to see what was happening. He said he would ask 'his girl' and get back to me. After not hearing back, I again asked what was happening and got a two-week runaround, complete with a salesman poutfest but no manual. He had my money, why would he bother with me now?
I contacted JCB to purchase a manual, and was told that Brownlee's is an actual JCB sales/service provider and that I could get my manual from them! I don't know how much they wanted for a manual, but I spent the $35 elsewhere. I regret very much doing business with Robert.

Not impress with the service, in two occasion out of 4 they took all my information but never called back, even called back to see the status and they said they will get back to me when they have time but never did. Once out of these four time I received the wrong items, so dealt with them 4 time and had 3 bad experience, definitely not doing business there anymore they must have all the business that can handle so they obviously don't need mine.
