Cannot say enough good things about this business...if there were only more stars to offer. Our truck broke down outside of Lillooet and then broke down again...and once more. The check engine light would come on, and then go off again, so no way to plug it in and check what was up. Bridge River had our truck for 4 full days, driving that ol'girl around trying to figure out what was wrong and get that light to come on again. They finally did it! And fixed it! My hubby walked in expecting some ridiculous bill and was shocked to find it was only $700 ($150 of this was parts). They not only figured it out but hauled our trailer at the campsite we were at when we needed to empty black water or move campsites while we were stranded, and picked us up when it was ready. Thank you all for getting us home safely!! Highly recommend.

Brakes were acting up on my trailer camper while traveling from Whistler to Kamloops and Graham stopped while I was trying to fix on the side of the road, told me to bring it by they will have a look at it (we are Friday) Shane (the owners son) did everything they could to get us back on the road and 4 hours later we were on our way.
Everyone there were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Shane @srs mechanical , Graham, Chis and the rest of the crew

We arrived without an appointment, our engine light was on. We waited about 30mins ! The guy came out explained the codes & didn't charge us! Very friendly, thanks so much !! Very appreciated.

(The issue was something we kind of expected so didn't need fixing at this time.)

My engine started cutting out on me as I arrived in Lillooet. I was able to drive it to their lot and had someone looking at it in 5 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, sourced the part and had me on my way back down to Vancouver in an hour. GREAT SERVICE. They even gave me a good tip on a trail to walk my dog while I waited.

Was driving through town about to head on to the Duffy, thought I had an issue with the parking brake seizing. Charlie and the guys at Bridge River looked at my car right then and there, did a thorough inspection, two test drives and reassured me that everything was fine and safe.
Honestly, these guys are the best and took time out of their day to get my car looked at.
I couldn’t be more appreciative of people like this, and will be driving from Pemberton to Lilloet for my mechanical needs from now one!

One of out technicians was traveling into town from Squamish and had an issue with the clips on his brakes failing, causing the brake pads to dislodge. Bridge River got him in immediately, diagnosed and fixed the van quickly, all resulting in a reasonable bill. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I certainly wish we had mechanics like Bridge River Machine shop in Squamish as their customer service was amazing. Thank you Bridge River!
