Awful company ! Cancel your services and they will fill your tank anyways and expect you to pay. Refuse to pay for a service you cancelled to only have the bill that was LESS THAN 24 hours old sent to collections ? How is it possible to owe a company you have ZERO services with such an amount and be sent to collections ?
Refuse to answer the phone to help with issues and solve them accordingly but have zero problem answering the phone right away and helping you if it means you will be paying them

Will never go with this company or recommend them for anything ever!!!

Filled my tank after I cancelled my services and demand I pay.
Worst experience with a company I have had in my life . No regards for the customers that have supported them for years. They refuse to answer the phone or emails when you need a solution but will be very quick to take your money when they are not supposed to.

Absolutely crooked business. And after reading reviews were not the only ones they’ve bullied into paying for their mistakes with threats of collections within hours of invoicing us for it. No communications or resolutions were offered, and we will be pursuing legal action because of it all

We received oil for many years from this company and when I called on an issue I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She obviously don't know what a C.O.D. customer stands for. The oil is delivered and slip left in door and when you mail a chegue and then receive a bill for late fees because you are told you are a C.O.D customer...explain that. The good news is we can get oil elsewhere so good riddance.

They do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes they make. Charge people when the should not and refuse to help. I have never seen such poor customer service.

I canceled my service with this company last year and they had the nerve to fill my tank in September. I sent them an email not to put oil in my tank anymore. Now they are charging me interest for their mistake. I will never deal with them again.

Bunch of crooks, charge you finances charges on balances paid within 30 days, when you have a issue they don’t want to deal with you tell you to pay the balance when the charges don’t make sense, cut off your service and don’t care about you. Carol says she gets paid either way doesn’t care about you or your needs!! Thanks Carol, good to know you appreciate our business!!

I've never had an issue with the company; however, I usually pay right away. Delivery is usually within a day of my ordering, if not hours.
