Bowen Island is a beautiful island with breathtaking nature near Vancouver. You can easily travel here with BC Ferries and there's no need to buy tickets in advance. Don't wait for summer; even in winter, stunning vistas await your eyes. Just be sure to bring your own food as there might be power outages and no restaurants available😊.

Beautiful natural scenery, suitable for all ages. It is also a popular spot for cyclists. A trip around the beautiful Lake Killarney is a must do. You can get there in 20 minutes by ferry from Horeshoe Bay. Love it so much that. your dog can travel together on the ferry. Buy a one-way ticket, use it round-trip, the return ferry is free. Be careful, check the time of the ferry, so as not to delay the trip. (06/26/2022)

What a great pier to dock your boat! There is a really clean facility with hot showers for a loonie, bathroom, sink to wash dishes, small tv area. The are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We will definitely visit again when we have a chance!

Can’t say thank you enough for your help and kindness!

We boated there for the first time from Vancouver. We spent the night and the day after before departure time we encounter a mechanical issue with our boat. A gentleman with his lady from the Marina helped us addressing the problem letting us save tons of $$$ from a towing company.

We really enjoyed the nature as well and people there were so friendly! We would like to bring our friends there too to see how beautiful Bowen Island is!

Ps. Shower room is very clean and reasonable price!
