Wings were good, pizza was better but the male server with glasses. Dude was amazing doing everything I needed and more! He places our straws with such care and made sure we had extra! He was very cool! With his age of experience around 48 years old he is an expert server. He clearly loves his job and I hope he continues to do it and is very happy! This man has found his calling! God bless him❤️

*Formal Complaint to Boston Pizza Corporate*

*Incident Description:*

On my family and I visited Boston Pizza in Beaumont. When ordering our pizzas, we specifically requested no bacon on one of the pizzas. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, the pizza had bacon on it. We called the restaurant to report the error and request a remake without bacon.

The manager answered the phone and became visibly irritated when we explained the situation. Despite our clear instructions, the manager argued with us, claiming we must have "forgotten" we ordered bacon. We politely reiterated our request for a remake, but the manager's tone became increasingly rude and confrontational.

The situation escalated to the point where the manager hung up the phone on us. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of customer service skills.

It's Boston pizza they have been around since 1964 .
The food is always good
The lady today is the bar area was very polite and accommodating.
Nice small town crowd .. I'd recommend stopping at this location

Wings were good, pizza was fine but the male server with glasses. Dude was throwing straws on table. Maybe he thought he was cool, or maybe it's a struggle for him to serve at Boston pizza at 48 but I don't get it if you don't like it why do it. Hopefully he finds a job which he loves doing. god bless him

Not a good experience. It started with poor service, us waiting for drinks and to order food for a while. Then we waited another 45 minutes for the food to come. When the bulk of the food did come, the bread order was missed. We asked for the bread and it was brought out but the marina sauce was MIA. We asked again and it did not come. Finally had to ask for it to be removed from the bill.

I also found my lasagne portion small. Overall, not the best experience but they were also busy.

Honestly, all other Boston pizzas in Edmonton have ruined it for me. However! This one, is on a whole notha level. The cleanliness, the service, the food quality, its all better and please do not change. Thank you to however is running this place!
