I reached out to the company about manufacturing a product and was put into contact with Sachin from sales. He was initially very prompt with his responses and promised a quote within 2 weeks. Near the end of the second week, I sent a follow up email asking if he was still able to provide that quote by the end of the week. We received no response. I then called him a few days later to inquire about the quote and he stated that he didn’t answer our email because our initial order was probably too small for the company to bother with. Confusingly, he then stated he was still working on the quote and would get it to us by the end of June. As of July 11th we still have not received a quote or any correspondence giving us a heads up that they were unable to fulfill our order. Luckily we got the sense that Sachin was unreliable so we moved forward with another manufacturer or else we could have wasted over 6 weeks waiting to hear back from him. We found his conduct both unprofessional and disrespectful to our time.

I like to get my rain barrels from here. the metal ones are free, nice looking, and the added bonus of residual fish oil in them, the plants love it. They also have plastic ones for a decent price.
