I recently dealt with a wonderful staff member Usama Riaz to purchase an appliance for our Community Hall. The appliance didn't work properly, all I had to do was return it and Usama was very pleasant and eager to help me with the procedure to submit a return request to the Company. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service is second to none. I received a reply and with proof photos of the item etc. a replacement is being delivered asap. Big Erics is a place to go indeed. You will find items that you cannot find anywhere. I highly recommend them. Thank you Usama Riaz for being very accommodating to me in such a short notice.

Placed an online order. Received an email saying it was shipped but no tracking. Inquired several weeks later for tracking. Told it was too expensive to ship so they cancelled the order and did not ship it.
Nobody bothered to inform me it was not shipped or credit me if it was cancelled.
Not even an apology.
Why would I get an order shipped email for an order that was not shipped?

Big Eric's rocks! Not just for professionals, there are many hard to find items for the home chef, and you can get them here locally. And prices are less than the online retailers, and no shipping costs. Highly recommended.
