Nous sommes très satisfaits des produits Biesse mais le service est bien inférieur à ce qui serait nécessaire. Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, on se renvoie la balle.

Quand c'est le temps des ventes, c'est eux qui nous appelle à tous les jours pour faire des suivis mais quand on a besoin de service on est laissé à nous même pour trop longtemps, surtout sachant que les machines qu'ils vendent sont centrales à la production.

5 étoile pour Biesse mais 1 étoile pour Biesse Canada.

Impossible d'avoir un suivi sur une pièce qui affecte notre production. Ne donne pas le gout d'investir et de renouveler le parc machine avec du BIESSE. Une demande de suivi par jours depuis 3 semaines. Disons qu'on est loin de ce que le site officiel prétend en matière de service.

Product is great but the service is terrible. Customer service is very difficult to get a hold of and technicians are rude and unavailable.

An individual posted a review stating 'they take your money and they forget you exist'. That statement is very true!

Biesse Canada is great!

The parts department works very well, the online ordering system that links back to the machines makes ordering parts very easy. I enjoy having the confidence that the part I ordered is the correct part for the machine. Lead times are called out on the website, and parts arrive as expected. I have nothing but positive things to say about Biesse Canada.

We have some old, old, old SCM/SCMI machinery, and the parts department has been a great help in ordering replacement parts as needed.

We have had some service work completed on our machines. Tech's arrived 2 business days after we called, and they fixed the problem on site in about 2 hours. I couldn't have been more impressed with the knowledge of the service technician, he clearly new the machine inside and out.

TLDR: The support we have received from Biesse has been less than stellar. Their help comes on their schedule not yours.

Most of my experience with Biesse has been attempting to get parts or service on a unit we purchased second hand.

- You have to call a 1-800 number and they will call you back... at some point, after you've sat on hold already waiting for them.
- Call back estimates are always wrong.
- They insist on only going through our main office number and our main office email even when specifically asked to contact another number.
- During support I feel like I'm guiding them more than they are guiding me.
- In emails they ignore questions directly asked, multiple times.
- When we got support in person they didn't even bring their support person up to speed with the history of communication we were having on the problem.
- They are far quicker to try and sell you a new unit over trying to help you fix your old one.
- They refuse to give out any contact info other than the main phone/email.
- Trying to deal with the same person twice in a row is impossible.

Biesse Canada, has great salespeople to make good promises. But the company does not have the staff to fulfill the promises. I verified that I would get quick help if I had a problem. Was promised it was just a phone call and at the longest 4 hrs. for a technician to call back, which proves is from 4 hrs to 4 days, even if I am down completely. Biesse does not care if their clients are down, causing great frustration from the client side. The sales person selling the $85,000 machine has never cared enough to call me back to see how I was doing, in fact has never seen my place at all. A WARNING for all businesses considering Biesse routers, remember, do not buy Biesse unless you have all your own technicians to solve your own problems, they only want to sell you equipment and collect their money, and be happy on their own. After the machine was in use for 18 months, I was told the software was outdated and I needed to spend 5-$8000 to repace my hard drive with the software,. (now, how is that on CNC equipment?)The equipment, seem to be great, though. If only I had my own technician, I could buy Biesse again. NO SERVICE COMES FROM BIESSE CANADA! The 2 stars are for the equipment quality rated 4 and service at 0.
