Horrible shopping experience. Went in to buy a specific computer. Research done, specs known, stock checked, decision made, done deal. Employee insisted on multiple up-sell attempts. When I refused them all he just got another salesman to take over. I finally had to explain I'd had more computers than he'd had birthdays, I knew what I wanted, and I knew he had it in stock, before he relented and got me the item. Even then the ordeal wasn't over. I had to tell him three times to stop pushing customer protection. My third refusal was courteous but as emphatic as was needed to get the sale processed. The stars are for having what I wanted, at a price that made me happy, not the style of customer service.

Excellent customer service the gentleman that helped us was so good he went over and beyond to find the support needed for my senior friend who was buying a portable AC unit. The sale was seamless he was able to save her some $$ on the total costs. The delivery service was impeccable as was the geek squad who came to install the unit, they were prompt and efficient. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend this store and best buys services they offer*

Had a wrong item delivered to me, so went in to get it sorted out after being told by online chat that it’s faster to do that. Just shared anything they asked and was honest about the whole thing and they called whoever they needed to and dealt with the problem swiftly. Mad respect ? to the support at this store and although I had a bad ordering experience from the online website, the customer support more than made up for it. Will definitely shop here for any future electronics needs and ask my friends to do the same.

If you’re gonna get a refund, carry your credit card you used with you even if it’s an online order. I didn’t know this, and thought I forgot my card, but I thankfully found it in another section of my wallet.

My 2020 MacBook Pro broke down on me in the middle of midterm season so I needed a replace as soon as possible. Zana was such a lifesaver this evening. I was extremely overwhelmed and she went above and beyond to get me the help I needed.

UNBELIEVABLE. went into buy a Samsung Frame TV, attendant was somewhat knowledgeable but clueless when it came to installation but to her credit she did not want to make the sale without ensuring it could be installed, She got a manager involved who knew that the install was very slim but could not show us. I showed him a picture of where the tv was to go and how it was to be mounted. Asked if he could pull up the installation instructions so we could take a look, this was ignored, suggestion was to arrange a site visit from the GEEK Squad for $100 so that the actual installers could give their opinion on the install. So we agreed to that, then booking the visit we could pick a day but not a time and they would let us know with a 3 hour window ( definitely not amazon and this is supposed to be a tech company) so we did. We came home and i looked the make and model up and the install instructions - it was clear in about 5 seconds that the installation of the 65" FRAME would not work based on how it was attached to the TV. So we called Best Buy at Guelph and asked to cancel the site visit as it was a waste of time. We were told that since it was arranged in store that it had to be cancelled "in store". NOT VERY TECH SAVY FOR A GEEK SQUAD. Needless to say we will not be spending our $3-4000 on a TV now or anytime soon at Best Buy GUELPH. GOOD LUCK

If your looking to purchase appliances look around. Other box stores such as Home Depot, Rona , Temperaments will match and beat any of their prices trust me. I purchased a new 2024 Samsung Fridge and Stove and I saved hundreds from Home Depot. Home depot even has free delivery to offer.
All Best Buy cares about Is selling you a warranty package which makes no sense. Fridges and stoves usually run fine for at least 5 years. Why do you need a 3 year warranty for
Best Buy needs to smarten up and listen to what the customer really want when purchasing appliances. This includes "Deals" not warrantys. Come on Best you can do better than just selling warrantys. Best Buy should be able to beat any competitors price or match a sticker price. Stick to what you're name represents "Best Buy" or soon you will join your counter partner Future Shop and just be a YouTube flash back history channel.

Erin was super helpful and made sure i understood everything i needed to know about my new laptop. She even went to talk to her manager about me getting a discount for my open box product. Super amazing service, thank you so much Erin!
