The Bernina training center in Whitby is simply excellent! Jay is an incredibly knowledgeable Chief Technician and educator. He has a very structured approach for educating on all types and models of machines. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. Looking forward to a long and lasting relationship with everyone at the training center.

After bring home my new serger a L460. I soon discovered that something was not working properly. I couldn’ t get a nice stitch. The dial just at the bottom of the machine that controls the width of the stitch seems broken. After speaking with the dealer I bought the machine from could not fix it. I bought the machine in Jul 2020.
