I recently called Cahill’s directly to see if there was a timeline for the Barbour Ashby jackets. Not only did they actually receive a new shipment that day I called, but Rob was able to assist me in ordering the correct size and even explain that they also do alterations to new or already owned jackets. I already owned the Ashby by Barbour but received it second hand and the UK sizing is much smaller than people in North America are used to. I needed a new XLG as well as sleeves lengthened to match my 6’4 height. Within less than 4 hrs of my initial call to Rob, they sent me an emailed invoice for purchasing the new jacket and the alteration order and my order was processed and added to the team for alterations. The professionalism from all the people at his business is what other business should strive for and I will tell everyone how great the experience was ordering from them via phone and or online. They were all extremely helpful through the entire process and my jacket was shipped immediately upon completion of the alterations. Even if you are not in Ontario, I would recommend buying from and supporting this business. Keep up the great work Cahill Team!

I ordered a coat for my shih tzu. It is made with part of a old raccoon coat for the inside and the material on the outside matches my jacket. Brenda did a wonderful job on it. Rob Cahill was fantastic to deal with, even though I drove him nuts at times. I have to thank Josephine as well.Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

Brought my Barbour Bedale jacket for re-waxing - this is a difficult service to find in Ontario. After debating sending jacket to UK for rewaxing for 2-3 years, discovered Cahill's and jacket was waxed and shipped back in 3 business days! Rob and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They rushed an order for me so it would be ready for Xmas even though I was warned to place my order 3 months to Xmas to ensure it would arrive on time. I brought it in under 2 months to the date and he tried his best and was successful!
I now have a beautiful upcycled woven fur blanket to give to my mother for Christmas.. something I didn't even know they could do with an old coat! Strongly recommend using Cahills for all your furry needs
