I had my air conditioning unit quit on me in the middle of a very hot point in time. Other companies gave me unreasonable timelines whereas these guys came within a week. The technician was professional and very friendly. Any time I have issues they come right away and do excellent work, if I have issues with the work they quickly rectify the situation. I won’t go anywhere else for my plumbing and heating needs and recommend them highly!

Doesn’t do work to code! They put my exhaust 12 inches from an opening. Didn’t level my water heater. Top fan exhaust on water heater pipe was loose with carbon monoxide entering the home. Cutting into my pex pipe and had to repair it. Had to get cleaners to clean out the air return with all the sheet metal shavings and cutouts left in the ducting. Was very careless in there work.

Old hot water tank blew. Called them as soon as they opened, was contacted a short time later by one of their technicians and by early afternoon the new tank was up and running like the old one had never been there. Thorough. Timely. Professional. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Thanks again!!

I don't normally write reviews. But they are a rip-off. Guy had poor communication skills, didn't know what the problem was and how their billing system works. He only stayed 20 mins didn't fix anything and billed for 1.5 hours. Don't trust and use this company. Better call someone experienced and open to explain in advance how their charge system works.

The staff at Bergmann Plumbing were fantastic from assessing what needs to be done to the guys coming in and doing the work to the receptionist in the office. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and respect, and care taken.

Left a mess after the job was done, on top of that they used my shop vac without permission and didn't clean it up as well. Unprofessional!
