We had Benjie harvest and process our steer in mid-November. He was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. He was accommodating, gentle and so friendly. The cut sheet was easy to use and send to the office. Our meat was ready when he said it would be, and was very professionally packaged and presented. The cuts of meat are excellent and our meat is fantastic! Benjie helped us load the boxes into our vehicle. We highly recommend his services and will be using Benjie for all of our future meat processing needs.

I highly recommend Benji for your butchering needs. I am very particular with how the butchering is done & I appreciate a job well done. I've never had such lean hamburger & amazing roasts! Benji was a pleasure to do deal with & answered all my questions. I understand now how he came highly recommended! Excellent cuts, wrapping & labeling. Will definitely use his services again.

Such a great guy! My other half works out of town and I had just had a major surgery when it came time for pick-up on a pre-order. He offered to deliver to our house or hold the meat longer (more than an hr away) as I was not yet able to drive or pick things up. Great cuts, nice clean smoke on the smoked meat, and overall just a great guy to deal with. I can't thank you enough for going out of your way to deliver quality cuts of meat to families!

My first experience with L & B was great! In a rush to get our cut sheets in we made some errors and hadn't put any further thought into it. Benjie contacted me shortly and walked me through the errors kindly and patiently. He took time with me to go over any questions I had, and made sure that we were going to be happy with our choices, which was really personable and reassuring. He was able to accommodate late moment changes due to further errors on our part too...thanks!! At the time of the pickup, Benjie was just as personable in person as he was during our messaging (I like that he texts as well, which made things a lot smoother). He knew the people that raised our beef by first names and let me know more about how well they took care of it. He didn't rush me out the door and told me about the specific beef we purchased and also about further opportunities with pork. If I had more space in my freezer I would have taken him up on the offer as it was pretty decent! The meat itself was packaged very neatly and labeled with labels rather than hand written, and he even portioned the meat properly in boxes with labels with my name; my friend's with his. This made drop off really smooth! The whole experience made me confident and I look forward to working with L & B Foods again!

Benjie knows his meat. This is the best place in town for your butchering needs. Cuts of beef are perfect. Best steak we've eaten in years, certainly the best!! Its nice dealing with a business that offers such great products being dispensed by knowledgeable and friendly people with attention to detail. We always feel good when we leave your store! We have had nothing but great experience with Benjie. Would recommend him to our family and friends.

We’ve had Benjie cut our beef for the past three years. He does excellent work, and gets it done in a timely manner. Extremely happy with the cuts of beef, and the hamburger Pattie’s with Benjie’s seasoning were awesome. Would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
