Très belle entreprise avec un excellent service à la clientèle. Je travaille pour une entreprise qui vends leur produits en plus d'avoir chez nous leur moquette fabriqué au Canada et je peux vous garantir que ce sont des excellents produits. Toute entreprise qui vendent du vinyle ou autres couvre plancher peuvent avoir des lacunes mais en général tous les clients sont satisfaits. Plusieurs désigner font aussi affaire avec eux et en 11 ans je n'est eu qu'à faire une réclamation et ils ont réglé le problème.

PETIT TRUC D'UNE PROFESSIONNELLE....Prenez le temps de bien lire la façon d'installer votre plancher ( demandez la fiche technique lors de votre achat ou sur leur site tout y est) informer votre poseur de plancher même si celui-ci à de l'expérience car cela fait la différence. Certains produits ne s'installe pas de la même façon qu'une autre compagnie alors soyez à l'affût de la méthode d'installation. Ouvrez vos boîtes avant l'installation et examiner le produit si vous détectez un problème ne l'installer pas téléphoner à l'entreprise avec vos photos la réclamation et l'échange sera plus facile. Dernier astuce...allez voir un conseiller en couvre plancher Beaulieu Canada ils vous informerons de leur produits et si problème il y a, c'est eux qui s'occuperont de tout..Voilà bonne rénovation !!

Nous avons commandé un prélart flottant chez Beaulieu via une compagnie de rénovation, la première commande nous n’avons pas reçu le bon car il était discontinué et au lieu de valider avec la décoratrice ils ont envoyé n’importe lequel.
La deuxième commande est arrivé complètement détruite.
Nous avons tenté de faire une troisième commande en urgence et nous n’avons aucune nouvelles et le prélart n’est toujours pas rendu depuis.
Les délais sont malheureusement dépassé ce qui crée énormément d’inconvénients.
Si, lors de la première commande, la compagnie avait validé au lieu d’envoyer n’importe quoi, il n’y aurait eu aucun problèmes.
Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie. Aucun service.

Aamending my review for Beaulieu Canada

I bought this floor from Beaulieu Canada. Although I was happy to support the Canadian Business . The floor chipped for no reason. We made a claim, but the company refused to honour the warranty, claiming that it was an installation issue. The installer was a retiree. He had 42 years' experience. He had never encountered this issue before. Also, some floors with the same issue were found in a new box, so it cannot be an installation issue.

As you can see in the picture, there is a small imperfection that will only get worse over time. This is not related to the installation . The floor is brand new and was still in the box. The problem with the paint is evident in the picture.

I am amending my review for Beaulieu Canada. They have shown a willingness to work with me. A fairer agreement has now been reached. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to re-evaluate this review. I prefer to provide positive feedback and always give companies the opportunity to resolve any issues. Supporting Canadian businesses and boosting my country's economy is important to me. The flooring is going to be replaced. I will be responsible for the installation costs.

Seems this company loves to brag about the great 20 year warranty they don't stand behind. I have almost 2000 square feet of carpet installed that had a 20 year and was made in Canada which is a big thing for me but this carpet didn't last 9 months for a family of 3 with no pets. Do yourself the favor and buy from someone else and don't be fooled by the smoke and mirror made in Canada and 20 year warranty.

I installed the Tex Pro sheet vinyl this past summer, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The installation process was hassle-free, and the final result looks amazing. Highly recommend!

If you are ever thinking of getting flooring DO NOT use this company. Horrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products or if you ever need to use the warranty that the flooring comes with they will never honour it. Stay far away from this company. The commercial flooring we purchased for our business has stained from day 1 and they will not help.
