My family has used their products for years now, recently we had an issue with one of the products. When we brought it to their attention, they responded instantly and with a remedy. Personally I was not looking for any compensation, I just wanted to bring the issue to their attention. Truly a company that cares about it's customers, customer service and quality control. So thank you.

I am shopping Canadian as much as possible. The 1st &2nd bags of potaroes were definately sub standard. Black on inside and badly scarred on the outside. Threw so much away(over half).Walmart was the supplier. Please please improve.

This is not the first time buying your produce, and it is tasteless. Radish for example which are suppose to have a mild spice, zesty taste, have been completely tasteless! Unacceptable, I will talk to the store mangers about your poor quality, and everyone else. This needs to stop, you basically rip people off! Money grabbing BCFresh!

Always try to buy the brand to support BC agriculture. Had an unusual few bad spuds in a bag recently, so emailed BC Fresh with a pic. Response was almost immediate and more than gracious, sending me a gift certificate to a local store. They were grateful to be provided the packing number on the bag's clip so they can trace & assess any problem. Can’t beat that for customer service.

Love your potatoes! I have recently discovered Farmer's Keepers at Safeway in Calgary. They are delicious! The best mashed potatoes I've had in a long time. I don't know why you say "not perfect" on the back of the bag- to me the quality matches or surpasses the average potatoes sold at grocery stores. I didn't find one bruised or green potato in a 10 lb bag. I have stopped buying other brands of potatoes. Thank you!

Disgusting. They are worest potatoes ever. I have never seen anything like this . Scam. I won't buy these potatoes or even BC fresh products. So much for No. 1

Unfortunately I have been purchasing your spuds at the local grocery and when it says No 1 Russet on the bag that's what I hope to receive but the last couple of bags definitely have not been NO 1 there has been a lot of rot I am not too impressed
