Needed a wood chipper and the person on the phone suggested one for my needs. They delivered when they said they wood (pun), provided instructions on how to use it, and the machine worked great. We had an issue with it after using it for 4 days, so we called them back and they instructed us how to get it back going. We only had to clean the shoot and it kept working flawlessly. I would 100% do business again.

Gotta say not very fond of this place due to me receiving my Weedwhacker back and they did nothing to it and it still doesn’t work, but they said that it did. That’s the hard thing for me to understand won’t be going back.

Team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out my first chainsaw. One of their staff, Chris even went to far as to test it, take me through a few procedures and maintenance tips before I left. Great team and a great business. Thanks guys!

By far the best rental company in HRM. Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the gear they rent. We have used them many times for various items.

We had a tiny issue with miscommunication on one occasion, I am happy with the steps that were taken place to resolve issue and was treated with respect as we sorted it out.

We will continue to use and recommend this location as they truly are a 5 star service.

Had two Husqvarna lithium ion batteries that weren't charging. Thought my batteries were toast (they aren't cheap). Brought in the charger and batteries and left them for a day. They diagnosed the charger as defective and the batteries as fine. No charge for the diagnosis. Great service and friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

Used to be the best small engine service. Not anymore. Took my ms170 with a bogged carburetor in for service. Was charged 95$, a bit much but ok and took it home. Wouldnt start. Took it back and was accused of tampering and " this is what happens when you dont know how to run a saw" as he tells other customers. I have run power saws for 45 years . Took my money back and went to another Stihl dealer and was charged 55$ and it works great.

The rental experience was positive renting a chain saw. I was charged a 400 dollar deposit on my Cc which would be returned on the return of the saw. They added some safety gear for no extra charge which I appreciated.
