Babak Food Equipment has a very knowledgeable, responsible and supportive team. They helped us in all steps to opening our store in a few months, including ordering the right equipment for the bakery, butcher shop, deli and also all grocery store walk-in cooler, fridges and freezers. They did an amazing job to meet the City and the Fraser Health requirements by choosing and installing the right fixtures, plumbing equipment and HVAC system. Their company mission statement was not only selling the equipment, but also helped us to figure out what is the best and affordable options based on our situation. Masoud was very patient with our requirements which we had to change several times because of our engineering problems and Babak travelled several times to our location to figure out the situation and also recommended helpful options to increase the function of our limited space with custom made tables and shelves with very affordable prices. Friendly service and good communication. Had what I needed. Not too much in the showroom but they were able to get me exactly what I needed in a very timely fashion. Prices were competitive and reasonable. I won't hesitate to come back if I need any other food service equipment.
