It's rare to connect with someone who gets it. Ben was AWESOME. I brought in a piece of equipment that one of my staff dropped on the floor and dented so it wouldn't reattach to my machine. I would have had to spend $600 bucks for a replacement. Ben understood that my business was being negatively impacted by not having this machine up an running. Ben said "come back in an hour". I came back in an hour and Ben had salvaged the piece I brought in repaired good as new. Outstanding. Not only would I recommend B&L Machine Shop I will not use any other business in Courtenay for my machining jobs. Thank you Ben. Come on down to the Pita Pit in Courtenay and we'll hook you up with some free food ! (I love it when you connect with a business that "get's it") 2 thumbs up !!

They got done what I needed but in retrospect up sold me and charged a lot. More than other shops had quoted but they didn't give the final price till the piece was off the mill. They will get your job done and correctly, just be careful what you agree to.
