Although I'm based in Vancouver, I work with Noel at the Kelowna branch because he is quite simply the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful salesman I have ever met. After working with a couple other equipment salesmen, I am so grateful to have found Noel. He truly has his customers' best interests at heart, and it really shows. I bought a Kubota KXB460 breaker which he shipped to Avenue's Abbotsford branch, and upon getting it home, it turned out to have a minor fitment issue with my excavator's hydraulic coupler. I called him at about 7 pm, and he offered to drive down immediately, despite being four hours away. I suggested he come down a couple days later instead, and he made the 10-hour round trip (including repair time) to resolve an issue with a sale that had almost no commission compared to most of the machinery he sells, and no history of past purchases by me. I call him The Patron Saint of Heavy Equipment. His knowledge and professionalism is truly amazing. It's often said that business is a team sport, and take it from me, you need Noel on your team!

30 hours on a new $120,000 machine and their service department took a week to get it fixed. No replacement machine or offer to pay for a rental. I bought Kubota because of how good the service department was on the Island. Regretting my choice to go with Kubota in Kelowna. Service department called over ten times to get their 50 hour service (for $1200) bill paid.
