Chuck has been awesome to deal with. He takes the time to listen to your requirements and works towards finding you a solution that meets your needs. Upfront on the pricing and will give you different options. So much so that I bought multiple attachments from all the way in Nova Scotia and still made sense. Has is very knowledgeable with his products and helped me troubleshoot issues on my machine several times across a few times zones. Thanks Chuck!

Our firm (Premier Event Tent Rentals Inc.) was out in Calgary working on setups for two professional golf tournaments - we have two Avant 755i units - the first issue was the seatbelt going on one of them - Chuck and his son drove down from Edmonton to fix it in the field for us. We then discussed servicing on our unit - but before the service could be scheduled we had the front tilt knuckle fail on unit 1. They picked the unit up to take it to Edmonton for repair. We then had the same failure on our second unit - and in an emergency arrangement Chuck and his wife met me in Red Deer with a rental unit to keep us running and took our second unit back to their shop for servicing. Both our units were repaired and serviced, and Chuck and his son yesterday returned both units to us in Calgary and took back their rental unit. Outstanding service and customer commitment!

Very nice family ran company to deal with. Picked up a hydraulic post puller for my skid steer. Fair pricing that beat the big dogs in the city and build heavier too. Made quick work of pulling fence posts.

So everything is done Machine works great and also I want to mention that Chuck really did help me out and treated very fairly and going over and beyond. We did have a few meeting to finalize everything and I want to say TOTAL LOVE FEST we both got value and appreciation.
