STAY AWAY! This is probably the most horrible and pathetic experience I've had with a company in the city. I don't know if they are too busy, not competent or just don't care about their customers, but dealing with ATR is a long and arduous process.

After 4 visits from 3 different technicians, it took two months to get a correct diagnosis. Communication with this company is miserable, they took over three weeks to order a part which I ended up ordering myself from the wholesaler and received within 48 hours. I received a repair estimate that didn't match what the technician told me, and I struggled to get an explanation.

If you're not satisfied with the services, you're left on your own as the owner, Ricky, we'll never return your calls or emails and couldn't care less about your concerns

Good afternoon. I am a senior citizen living in Fredericton. I called ATR yesterday (Mon) to schedule two furnace cleanings for myself & my elderly neighbor. To my surprise, the bubbly lady on the phone (senior moment...can't remember her name) suggested today @ 10 & 11. Wow, couldn't believe it !!! Matt Williams arrived today & answered the bell . ATR : I know you realize how fortunate you are to have Matt as a valued employee. It was more than a furnace cleaning. It was an education as Matt explained to me what he was doing & why. I felt as though I was bothering him but he insisted that I wasn't.
If I had had to rate Matt's performance, sorry , I have to give him 15 out of 10 👊

We had to go to civil court and the courts agreed with our claim of over charging. A judgement was awarded and ATR Mechanical has yet to pay it. We now need the Sheriff Department to collect the monies owed. This was the second time we used them. The first time was fantastic. This past year was an awful experience

Mr Tim provided exceptional service during our furnace maintenance. He is trustworthy (we gave him access to our home while we were away) and provided us with feedback before departing (to let us know he was done and that the furnace was in great working order).
