I too ordered online. No sign of delivery or confirmation that part has been sent in the last 4 days !. And no phone number for follow up. No email addresses to contact them for follow-up. Like others have said, no customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company !!!. If a website doesn't provide follow up information then do not buy from them. Order elsewhere unless you can wait a month in hopes that your part "might" show up. So disappointed.

The only good thing about this place is that you can look up the parts you need then order them from Amazon or Home Depot.

I placed an order for 2 snowblower belts, no confirmation email was ever sent, a parcel arrived about a week later but only contained one belt. My snow blower is all torn apart in my garage so do I wait to see if the other belt shows up?

There is no way to contact this company which is very sketchy, do yourself a favor, find the part numbers you require on their parts look up page and purchase them somewhere else.

I have been dealing with MTD parts for some years now and my experience with the parts and technical support team had always been exemplary. Recently I ordered a Recoil Starter Assembly for my snow blower that arrived immediately next day!. The support I receive for parts or technical support have been always simply outstanding. Great job team keep up the good work!.

I regret ordering from here. No confirmation email when the order went through. Only way to confirm the order is to have the order number, but an order number was never given! But a credit card payment on my credit card. Will my order come? Who is to say, as there is no way to contact the company. What is going on with this shady place?

Very difficult to reach - tried phone and chatbot unsuccessfully. They charged me for my order on June 29, 2023 when I ordered the parts and now they have charged me again, on July 5, after they shipped the item. I'm just asking for the duplicate payment to be reversed - I understand mistakes happen, but it shouldn't be this difficult to resolve them.

I never post reviews, however the experience and positive feedback from these folks is incredible. My story begins with an order of a head gasket replacement, as it turns out the courier service that they use (I won't mention them) but you all know who, really screwed me around. I pleaded with this courier company to make it right, nope, nadda, one of these company's just to big to fail, anyway last resort was to reach out to the folks at MTD Parts, actually spoke to a fellow Peter whom understood my issue, and immediately took charge of the situation, in fact he sent out another part as a good will gesture. At the end of this episode, I get a honk from a fellow (neighbor) who drove up to my rural drive and hand delivered the part. Turns out the last 3 digits of his fire number coincides with mine, but on a different street, so proven that the courier company did not admit to their mistake. Talk about rural living!!!..such great people!!..So as it turns out I am expecting a replacement item from MTD that by the way was gracious enough having gone by my word only. I advised MTD that the part was delivered to me from a neighbor, and that I would send the goodwill part back to MTD. Really can't get better then that service. As far as the courier service when I mentioned to them the outcome? Just a canned corporate response. Meh...
