Tyler Mann is a 10/10 rep. He went through all our options, including things we were quoting with other companies, he came in person to compare and contrast options, super honest and reliable. We ended up choosing them and the experience was seamless. He even came to follow up after the drop off and addressed something we saw on the machine. I wouldn’t work with this company. Email responses take forever to respond. I had a walkthrough with them through the production area with Aaron and he seems extremely pretentious, stuck up and rude. Rather take my business elsewhere.

Called Arpac for forklift repair, Nathan service man knew exactly what he was doing and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly when another local company could not in double the time. Highly recommend Arpac as your first call for any forklift problems.

Mezzanine engineering & install on time and under budget. At the height of the pandemic we urgently needed to expand our production floor space, we put out an RFP to 4 companies, Arpac was the only company able to deliver our specific design on a tight timeline and under budget. Quality of their build is incredible and the guys on the install team were fantastic, super accommodating and eager to work around our production schedule. Highly recommend.
