I didn't purchase the new stove that arrived to my apartment this morning (I'm a tenant), so I can't speak to in-store service, but I called Arctic Appliance yesterday and the service I received over the phone was very friendly. I also had a very positive delivery experience today complete with verbal instructions about using my new stove. Thanks!

Very knowledgeable staff helped us alot when our washer broke. We had been told by another company that it was beyond repair and we needed a new machine. Artic Appliance really listened to our problem and solved it for much cheaper then a new machine. Everything was reasonably priced with a very experienced and knowledgeable tech who fixed our machine quickly and with confidence couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much.

A nightmare. We purchased a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a beautiful vent for over the stove/oven unit.
Although Arctic Appliance was not the lowest estimate we received, we decided to purchase from this company given they are local and hire locally.

The fridge we odered did not have the water/ice feature we specifically requested; the microwave was not only the wrong colour, but the wrong brand; the dishwasher looked like it had been run over by a semi, it was so completely bashed up the door would not close.

When I brought these issues to the attention to the owner, Steve, I assumed he would be anxious to make this right. I was very mistaken.

He insinuated our contractor dropped the dishwasher down some stairs causing the damaga (there are no stairs to the suite); he insinuated my husband was lying about ordering the water/ice feature for the refrigerator (WE had to suppy the proof we did in fact pay for this feature as he did not even have the courtesy to pull the information he had on file.

The mirowave was our issue as well as we must have provided the wrong item number (we did not provide any item numbers, simply provided pictures od tthe style and colour we wanted).

I am more than disappointed with our experience. Steve had the opportunity to make things right and instead, chose to insult and demean us. After spending over 6k, I was expecting some customer service.
