Many thanks to these guys! They were flexible with booking times which helps because we have a busy household. I contacted Nick at Appliance Industries to have our Samsung washing machine repaired that was leaking water, because I was looking for a local appliance repair business in Stony Plain, and not one that Google says is local, but you end up talking to a call center from some other city. They were recommened by the owner of Stony Plain Vacuum Repair, who gaye me their name, as they had repaired his stove, and they did an excellent job. Nick was very professional, provided me with an accurate estimate once they inspected the washing ordered the part in that was required, then right away had their technician install it, and e-mailed me an invoice, which I promply paid. My Dad was a Journeyman Appliance Repair Technician at Sears for 25 years, before he retired, but sadly he passed away last year, so it is nice to know that I have found a local business that I can trust like I did my Dad, to do take care of all of my appliances. I called Nick describing the issue with my oven and he knew right away which part to order. The part arrived when he said it would and a tech was over the following day. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was super friendly, arrived within the given timeframe and fixed the problem quickly. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

If I could give more stars I would!!
I would definitely highly recommend this company, I had recently called because we were at our wits end with why our newish dryer wasn’t working, I had talked to Nick just to ask a couple questions, he was very professional, very understanding after I explained what was tested and never once pushed to just have his guy come out, he helped us out tremendously and our appreciation goes beyond words! We will absolutely call them if we ever have any future issues with any appliance we own!

My Lg fridge died, I went thru the LG channels and they contacted Nick to come out. Was a 2 week wait. I had a very busy few weeks ahead and contacted them personally to help fit in my schedule. They actually had JC come out earlier than planned which was so great. But they were misinformed so did not have all the parts, sadly. Nick came back the day the part arrived(4 days later) and fixed my fridge. Never been so happy to have lettuce and ice again!!!! Nick was a very bright guy, and super helpful, I appreciate every step they took to help me out, and work in my short timeline. I feel they went over and above. Thanks, You will be called again❤️

Our fridge compressor failed and LG gave me three companies to call to have them out for a service call. The first place I called, which was closer to my house said they could come mid January to diagnose the issue. Thankfully, Appliance Industries got back to me the same day and I had the tech arrive with a new compressor in hand within three days. While they charge me a flat fee of $450, with the part being covered by LG, I was grateful to have a fridge in time for Christmas, even though the other company quoted me $138/hr. Our tech arrived in a timely manner, was polite and friendly, and was in and out within the hour.
