Really excellent service here. I was not a current customer.

I called in while driving towards them in a hurry to fix an emergent problem. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, the part was already on the counter with an invoice readied. I was out the door with 5 minutes left. Amazing.

The next day I thought I'd picked the wrong part. I called back, they said they'd have the alternative ready with an invoice for the refund by the time I arrived. Amazing. I double checked and actually had the right part. So I called back to cancel and they were polite and courteous about it. Amazing.

10/10 will plumb with Andrew Sheret again.

I want to give the 5 stars to Kayla for her customer service. Very cheerful, helpful, and professional. I was very stressed out as my septic pump failed, and regular plumber was out of town, so called Andrew Sheret. Kayla answered and was very empathetic to my situation. She worked quickly to have me sorted out with a new pump that day, plus extra parts just in case. Top notch service. Thank-you!!!

I experience great customer service here on an almost daily basis. Their counter staff are always busy and do their best to get me the supplies I need to keep my clients happy. Their ability to keep supplies in stock during difficult circumstances is excellent. Always willing to find a solution to tough plumbing situations.
