Zero stars, I had a chainsaw not start after it had been started recently, I didn't have time to deal with it so I thought I'd have All-power take care of it as small engines aren't that complicated. When I dropped it off they diagnosed it pretty quickly(while I was standing there). They told me they'd have to order a coil. I was hopping to have it back the same day but I left it there. After more than two weeks I called to check on it and I was "greeted" by a staff member that was much less friendly than the staff member I left it with(Although he was present at drop off). He looked my order up and told me they haven't even looked at it yet and it would be at least two more weeks. I asked if the parts were in and they didn't care. Three weeks to replace a part that takes ten minutes in my book is ridiculous. So I went down to pick it up. I got the same staff member I spoke to who was adamant they tell everyone 5 weeks at least. Well they never told me or I would have fixed it myself. He was almost like a toddler who wouldn't let it go that they told me 5 weeks-they absolutely did not.
I took my saw home and found that they had left it a mess with the air filter removed and the cowling ajar-I guess they aren't interested in keeping the carb clean with all the crap flying around such a busy shop! Bottom line is if you need to cut your lawn or work in your yard this season, DO NOT USE ALL-Power Equipment. They could not accept that I was not told Five weeks, like a child the staff member told me to take my saw and go.

I arrived home and ordered the coil on Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. I like to support local businesses but not this one.

Once again I repeat, no one ever told me the wait was Five weeks, If you had done that I would have left. If you have customers willing to wait all season then that's great, I will not. Whomever I dealt with today was rude, and the way my saw was stored was unprofessional, again DO NOT USE ALL-POWER EQUIPMENT.

I’ve been going to ALL-POWER EQUIPMENT for over 30 years ever since I moved to Aldergrove they came highly recommended by my neighbours and friends. Hands down they have one of the best small engine mechanics out there, Bruce in my books can fix anything he is very knowledgable on all makes and models and if Bruce can’t fix it he’ll let you know that it’s time to look for something else. And that’s one thing that All-Power Equipment has is a lot of refurbished equipment that they stand behind if you have any problems down the road after purchasing from them they’ll take care of you. Have recommended All-Power Equipment to my friends and family and coworkers that I know will travel the distance to get the best quality and reliability of their equipment and excellent service. One thing I have noticed is that if you’re in a hurry they will do their best to accommodate you this shop is very well known and very busy with a lot of repeat customers. HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE VALLEY.

I don't write a review if it's undeserved. Spent 10 min looking at lawn mowers discussing with him. Decide on the best one. Go to the atm to get cash and come back. He tells me no, this one is 500 not 450... I know he said 450. He checks his computer, can't find a price written down. Calls the guy he's selling it for.. etc., etc. Wasted 1.5 hrs and no lawn mower! You better put price tags on the things you have for sale especially if you can neither recall what you said nor do you have the prices written down!

Justin and company are friendly and knowledgeable. I borrowed a chainsaw from a neighbour, and managed to dislodge the chain. Not only did they fix the chainsaw, but they showed me how to fix it in the event it ever came loose again! I highly recommend All-Power Equipment Ltd. for any of your landscaping/outdoor equipment needs.

Great service and price. Justin was able to fit me in for a small repair, even during the busy season. The guys at All-Power fixed my trimmer in no time, they were able to explain what the issue was and the price point was right on the mark. Highly recommended!

I'm a DYI kind of person but I should have saved myself time and money and came straight here to start with. Justin and Bruce were very helpful and fixed my ride on mower in a totally reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable price. Thanks alot.

We took our lawn tractor in for repair . Justin was very helpful . He first repaired the engine of our lawn tractor and then it did not work properly . He then talked to us and said it required a new engine . He was so quick in getting the engine and installing and had our tractor back in time for the season . He did all the work on our fist engine , which was 900 and then he ate the losses of the repair and charged us $1600 plus tax . Justin was very honest and we were very pleased with him and his crew . We would use him again for any lawn tractor repair .He is highly knowledgeable.

No matter how the store owners argue, I have evidences to show how dishonest and mean they are, especially Justin. If they lie again, I will post the phone call records and photos on internet to let the public know how dirty they are!
