Usually staff are really friendly and helpful. Today one member of staff was very rude and bad tempered when enquiring about a windows crank handle. 1st time it's happened. He must have been having a bad day!

Went in looking for something specific and the staff watched me walk around with a list in my hand going down every aisle and not a single person asked if I needed help or said hi. They were standing in the isles chatting and couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. Only one or two other people in the store. Laziness!. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with service there.

Customer service is terrible, I asked about siding at the lumber desk and got yes and no answers, I was hoping to get some actual help but the older man didn't even offer. I definitely won't shop there again.

Seriously unbelievable service from a few of the staff that make it worth a 5 out of 5.

I had amazing service when I went to buy eavestroughs and supplies to install them and left with absolutely everything I needed and way more knowledgeable about how to install them with the items made for a regular person without fancy tools. My eavestroughs are complete and work amazingly well and look more professional than I could have ever imagined 😊😊😊

The gentleman who helped me was a 10 out of 10 staff and should get a raise. He was super helpful with incredible knowledge of home improvement. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but appreciated his advice and help so much!!
